4 answers. On one side is the Hole in the Wall on Baptist Ln which is a pass lot but you can park on the side of Main St itself. There is a free public parking lot behind Dunkin Donuts if you don't mind the walk. There are alot of nice shops, bakery and restaurants along the way. There is another parking lot over by the Niantic Bridge.

The challenge to answering this question is that the parking rules are set by the town, not by MetroNorth or Amtrak. An alternative would be to try a parking reservation app, like Spot Hero. I searched Stamford, and found that a Friday evening to Monday morning stay at the parking near the train station would cost $60.00.

I wouldn't be comfortable leaving my car over night in BPT. One option would be to park in Stratford or Fairfield train station and take train to BPT.
