Votes. You cannot use your Star Card to purchase tickets from ITT at your local installation, but you can purchase them through SOG. Contact their ticket office and submit the form for tickets. They do not have to be activated if purchased through SOG. over a year ago.
You can apply for military star card and get 10% off your bill. Make sure you Charge everything to your room and when you check out, it applies to your bill. They can transfer $$ from card you made reservations with, to your new star card.

It's called a Military Star card. The 10% discount is usually given on the first day of purchases. The discount doesn't continue on all purchases. There are great benefits to using the card : 5 cents off per gallon of gas purchased on base, 10% off food court purchases.
