I used them to book parking at a hotel near an airport, but they deceptively snuck in a membership that you have to read the fine print and uncheck a box otherwise they will start charging you a monthly fee.

   There was one time when I purchased parking through them at the Philadelphia Airport a few years ago and when I got to the parking location, they told me that they don't honor way vouchers anymore. The location felt bad and gave me discount parking anyway. Way didn't own up to their f-up and I disputed the payment with my credit card.

   Yes, I sure did. What a fiasco. The parking and interaction with the hotel was really good. However, the 'WAY' side of things was awful and I will never use it again. 1. They push you to use their WAY app. I do not need another app! 2. The confirmation email did not have the hotel's address. (likely available in the app?) 3.

   I would add to the informative post #304 that as you booked with Way and not the parking lot you are bound by the terms of Way and not the parking lot. This means legally even it the parking lot will refund the days you did not use , Way can legally keep this money and call it profit.

   I have used Way.com to park near the San Francisco Airport since 2016. It was a real bargain and the transactions used to go very smoothly until my last trip on December 29, 2017. After I parked my car at one of the parterners' driveway, I called the phone number on my reservation, 650-300-5150, for pickup.
