3 years ago. Terrible company, complete scam. Made (and paid for) a reservation at Oakland Airport and when we returned from trip they hadn't paid the parking lot and we had pay to get out. When we called their customer service we were given a line of BS about COVID and that they were only providing (worthless) Waybucks credit.
We used Way.com for discounted parking reservations at Laz Parking at Bradley in March 2024. Upon exiting at the end off our trip, we had to pay a second time (at a higher price) to get out of the lot. When both charges showed up on our credit card, I contacted Laz Parking and they confirmed the issue and credited our credit card.

I used way.com to book parking near Seatac for a holiday flight. When I arrived at the parking lot, it was closed. Customer service agent was kind and knowledgeable, but stated that sometimes the system doesn't send out updates when lots overbook.
