That means if you can park at a metered spot around 8pm, you'd pay 2 hrs of metered parking ($4.60) and be able to leave the car till whenever you want on Sunday, instead of paying expensive garage rates (abt $40 for the Wharf).

   5. Re: Best metro station to park car and ride to town. 1 year ago. I believe the Silver Spring county garage is now $15/day for the ones with the parking meters and $18.75/day for the Pay on Foot (PoF) garage. They extended their payment times to 10 pm ( from 7 pm).
