   2 years ago. Yes, they can park in the Blue Deck and comfortably walk to the Spirit counter. It would cost $18 per 24-hour period. Long term parking in the Green Lot is $15 per day and a shuttle would take them to the terminal. If they reserve a spot at one of the off-site lots, the charge is around $11 per day.

Frankly, many of us on this forum prefer to park off-site at US Park or Airlines Parking or one of the other off-site lots. I personally prefer US Park, but they are all similar.

   Long term parking on site at the Big Blue is now $16 a day. There are online coupons for both Quik park and US Park for $10 per day. Also, a number of hotels (the Westin and many of the Hilton brands in the area) have park and stay plans.

   Google any of them to find online coupons. The McNamara deck is convenient if you are flying NW, Continental or Delta - but insane at $19 a day. The big blue deck might work if you are flying out of the North terminal, but still more expensive I believe.

   I fly out of DTW at 6:30 am on Saturday the 19th. I will return at 8:05pm on Wednesday the 23rd. I have the coupons for Qwik Park, US Park and Airlines Parking. Qwik Park and US Park are offering 1 day free, $9/day. Airlines Parking is $10/day with one day free. My main concern is what time the shuttles run.
