The key difference is for $11 at the airport, you park in economy parking, walk from your car to the nearest bus stop in the lot (not always close) get on a large bus to the airport.

Many of the DEs recommend Preflight parking (located across from the Economy lot on Island Ave) - Good shuttle service that picks you up at your car, frequent parker program - About $9 and change per day with taxes with online coupon or pre-pay. Indoor parking available at around $16 per day.

They have several lots and therefore, several shuttles running at the same time. The wait time is minimal (10 minutes at the most).

Be sure to check out their website and join their "frequent parker" program, which is free. You get points for each day you park and can get a free day at some point. Also, as noted by another poster, print out the coupons for a discount. Either way their prices are good and their service is excellent.
