Apr 2020. We ordered curb service from Michaels on North Cleveland Avenue. Upon arrival we got in line for curb side service. We called and were told someone would be right out with our order. This young store employee who clearly hasn’t a clue about customer service, came to our car with a look of sheer hatred and anger on his face.
Which Michaels store is the best to get to (from paris), there are several in the area.. so I guess its a question of location & content when we get there (via taxi!)

It is independently owned and one of the best craft stores I have ever been in (in my opinion). It is walkable from Harvard Square, which is what I would recommend doing.
