11 years ago. You can get special 3 and 4 day tickets as FL residents. Also discounts on annual passes special seasonal passes, etc. The 3 and 4 day tickets are good for 6 months versus 14 days. Price is 3 day $169 versus $242 and 4 day $192 versus $256.
The eBay "parking pass" was actually an annual pass. Annual Pass perks are NOT transferable and the practice of selling them on eBay has always been against the rules. In the past few months WDW has begun asking for photo ID from anyone using an AP for free parking. If the name/picture doesn't match the pass will be revoked.
One of reasons the Annual Pass was a good deal is you get free parking. Believe me, the $12 parking fee adds up when you visit Theme Parks for 9 days. Also, I signed up online and get extra discounts via email from WDW because of the pass. You get discount for shopping at DTD too ~ not much ~ but again it helps.

Re: Parking at the WDW Dolphin. You can park for free at the Disney parks and at your own hotel if you are a Disney resort guest. You cannot park at the Dolphin unless you are a guest there or having a meal there. it is a Marriott hotel. You can park at other Disney hotels for up to 3 hours if you are shopping or having a meal there.
No, I think they are a bit of a scam. There are no parking passes for Disney, but there are special 'prefferred or vip parking where you get to park in a particular place i think- but you still have to pay the regular fee. Basically, any Disney tickets for whatever on ebay and Cragis list I would not touch with a barge pole.
