The $16 a day parking fee is a little higher than economy lots ($14) and Park and Ride Lot C & Select ($10 uncovered). I use West Parking on occasion especially if the other lots are full or I’m returning to Atlanta on a late night flight.

2) Digital signs tell you how many parking spots are available on each level and smaller signs point out individual parking spots available. Nifty. 3) Park on the 4th floor if you want to be able to just walk to the Sky Train. Use the elevators if you park on other levels. Great signage for each level.

In 2020, the airport authority opened a new remote parking garage (ATL West) adjacent to the GICC Gateway stop, connected by an elevated walkway. Rolling stock. The system uses Mitsubishi Crystal Mover vehicles. There are 12 cars that run as six two-car trains, plus one maintenance vehicle.
JAtlanta makes a good point = if you stay elsewhere and drive in for the day, you'll still have to pay parking. If you commute in via MARTA, you are "saving" the parking fee but it is "costing" you time in your 48 hours in Atlanta.
