Delta is the only airline that offers this service at ATL - almost all other International departures (exceptions being some short haul fIights to the Caribbean) must enter and check in at the International Terminal.

Most of the time, I park at the airport and use their shuttle parking - Park-Ride - because it's more convenient coming for me. Since you are coming in from the north, Parking Spot 1 would work well. I made reservations there for the first time in a long time for $6.50 a day uncovered parking.
