Although still not inexpensive, when ever we stay at the Hyatt we simply park in their large parking garage. The daily parking fee is lower for hotel guests than for the general public. Parking at the San Diego Zoo is free and there is lots of it. Walking to Sea World from Bahia IMO is not an option. Driving there would be easiest. Parking I think is $10.
