If you need to cancel, you won't get a refund. On Feb 7 I used way.com to book airport parking and paid $71. I cancelled the order for airport parking on March 11 and they acknowledged the confirmation and in a chat session I was informed that I would receive my refund in 7 to 10 business days.

Once I got onto the lot the parking attendant opened up my reservation. Since my reservation was open Way will not credit nor refund my funds because my reservation was open. I sent a copy of the cancellation from Southwest. Still no refund or credit of $58. Vacation canceled

3 years ago. Terrible company, complete scam. Made (and paid for) a reservation at Oakland Airport and when we returned from trip they hadn't paid the parking lot and we had pay to get out. When we called their customer service we were given a line of BS about COVID and that they were only providing (worthless) Waybucks credit.
Booked a reservation for a week long parking space at the Denver Airport Double Tree on March 25, 2024. As per their cancellation policy I cancelled via online prior to the reserved time. Their policy states a full refund is provided.
Two months ago I booked and pre-paid for parking at the Orlando airport using way.com. When I arrived at the lot today they said way.com had cancelled their contract and the parking lot would not honor my reservation or refund my payment.

I used them to book parking at a hotel near an airport, but they deceptively snuck in a membership that you have to read the fine print and uncheck a box otherwise they will start charging you a monthly fee. They will not give a refund for that either.
He asked if I had a confirmation number and I provided him with the information he requested. He then informed me that they were not taking any Way.com reservations at the time, that our reservation had been cancelled, and that we should have received a cancellation email from Way.com, which I never did.
