You can buy them online with ID.me or at the gate or at the ticket window on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. You just need your military ID if you buy in person.

You can purchase tickets through ID.me or through your bases rec center. I would also recommend checking Groupon since they offer good prices at a reduced rate too.
