How do you organize all of your player's cards and coupons? We usually have all of our player's cards in one small bag, rubber-banded by area (Downtown, Strip, Off-Strip) but even that is getting to be too much to sort through. On coupons, I generally keep them in a coupon sorter, alphabetically.
Carry a lot of water, you will need it. I'm not sure you can include Grand Canyon West in the trip on the same day as it's at least 2 hours each way. You could loop Hoover Dam, VoF, Red Rock and 7 Magic Mountains in one longish day and be back in time for dinner. If you do GC West, pair it with Hoover Dam and leave it at that.
