Do a websearch for "chicago aon parking" to get the pdf with driving directions to the AON Building that has $6 parking on the weekends if you are in-by-10 and out-by-10. If you arrive after 10a it is $14 for the day. AON is across the street from Millennium Park right in the heart of downtown.
