Many of the DEs recommend Preflight parking (located across from the Economy lot on Island Ave) - Good shuttle service that picks you up at your car, frequent parker program - About $9 and change per day with taxes with online coupon or pre-pay.

I have not driven to PHL for air connections in over 10 years and am not familiar with its present parking arrangements.

They have several lots and therefore, several shuttles running at the same time. The wait time is minimal (10 minutes at the most).
