The spothero link you posted is not coming up with the exact same lot. it's showing 3 hour parking for several different lots in the area rather than the 24hr parking at that lot. But that's fine. Maybe some lots do offer discounts. The ones I've used I have not seen a difference between the posted rate and the spothero rate.

Hotels may offer park-only options, but I don't know how guaranteed they are as usually they offer stay-and-fly rates. I would just do a Google search to the various off-site parking lots and choose one directly, rather than use a 3rd party site like this one.
