I have used Way.com to park near the San Francisco Airport since 2016. It was a real bargain and the transactions used to go very smoothly until my last trip on December 29, 2017. After I parked my car at one of the parterners' driveway, I called the phone number on my reservation, 650-300-5150, for pickup.
Tried calling the number on the reservation form and got voicemail directing to call a cell phone number to speak with an attendant. Called the cellphone number and got an automated response saying that the number was no longer in service.
I attempted to contact Way while i was at the hotel desk but was in a hold line. I could not continue to hold as I now needed to find other parking and get to the airport. Attempted another call, long waits, and decided to do a on-line chat. After numerous question: email, phone, confirmation….

I used them to book parking at a hotel near an airport, but they deceptively snuck in a membership that you have to read the fine print and uncheck a box otherwise they will start charging you a monthly fee.

397. Re: Anyone use Way.com for Airport parking. 1 year ago. Made reservation for Way parking at Sheraton at DFW, as per the website. Paid about $180.00 in advance for a nearly 30-day trip. When we arrived at hotel, they knew nothing about it, and said they had stopped doing parking business months earlier.
Pay-by-phone parking is a system of paying for car parking via a mobile app or mobile network operator. It is an alternative to the traditional ways to pay for parking of parking meter or pay and display machines.
Please do not use Way.com or CheapestAirportParking in Seattle WA. I prepaid for 3 separate trips. When my kids and I got to the lot for the park n fly, the workers refused to honor the online prepayments, and I was forced to REPAY all the amounts on-site.
