I have tried to contact TripAdvisor several times regarding the Promo code for my free 8x8 Shutterfly photobook that I should have received after my review posted. I have not received the code, nor a response from TripAdvisor.
Answer 1 of 2: I cannot see the Promo code in the email offering a free photo book from Shutterfly. Could someone send it to me or tell me where it is?

Answer 1 of 2: I submitted my review and responded to the request asking me to verify my email identity. That was over a week ago and I never got a confirmation that my review was posted or the Shutterfly coupon code.
