I've tried a few and I use ParkSFO now. You can choose indoor or outdoor parking and valet or self-park. They have lots of shuttles and they run often. They've always got a coupon for one free day parking on their website, plus you get AAA discount on top of that--I can't remember if 5% or 10%.

9 years ago. There is no simple answer. You have to look at the deals section of the major companies to see if they offer one way rental deals. I have seen Hertz have them. Enterprise from other posters seems to have good one way deals. Corporate rental codes (if you are part of the company) have no one way fees.
We are doing a one-way rental originating in San Diego and dropping off in SF. Prices are very high. Every major car rental company charges a drop off fee. The cheapest by far - of the major rental companies - has been Dollar, even including their $175 fee. It's coming up $165/week for a full-size plus fee using the AMEX discount code (AX10).
