    That way, if the bar code reader doesn't work -- which is the only problem I've ever had with SH -- there is help readily available. I also always print the receipt with the bar code, along with having it on my phone; again, sometimes the reader works better with one than the other.

    Spot hero is terrible. They charged me twice both times I parked with them and claim they don't refund and you have to go through the parking company. The parking company can't do anything because spot hero is the one charging. It happens all the time. Just go directly through the parking company.

    N_T: I think you're correct. But I also think at the point that I "nearly" missed a flight, that I'd be parking at the airport or directly at an off-site parking spot. That is also a good reminder to double check all reservations, even those made direct, and always have a backup plan.
