I will be staying at the Disney All Star Resort next year. In the past I have parked in the WDW Dolphin car park and walked through it to get to Epcot and MGM. Is this still the case? Can I park for free with my Disney Car Parking Pass, Room Card, etc?
The eBay "parking pass" was actually an annual pass. Annual Pass perks are NOT transferable and the practice of selling them on eBay has always been against the rules. In the past few months WDW has begun asking for photo ID from anyone using an AP for free parking. If the name/picture doesn't match the pass will be revoked.
