5. Re: Parking in the Mission District. Many of the streets near Bryant & 25th are in the Zone W residential parking permit program (2-hour parking on weekdays 8 am to 6 pm unless you have a resident permit), but you can park without restriction overnight and on weekends.
The permit will cost $4.00, and the one-way BART fare will be $2.90 per person. Alternatively, park off of John Daly Blvd. west of the freeway and take SamTrans Routes 110 or 120 a short distance to the Daly City BART Station. The one-way bus fare is $1.75, and parking would be free. (Just check the signs to be safe!)

The closest City-owned garage I can think that's open and staffed 24 hours is 5th and Mission, about 10-15 minutes away by bus (#14 Mission line).
