6 years ago. I have used Way.com to park near the San Francisco Airport since 2016. It was a real bargain and the transactions used to go very smoothly until my last trip on December 29, 2017. After I parked my car at one of the parterners' driveway, I called the phone number on my reservation, 650-300-5150, for pickup.
There was one time when I purchased parking through them at the Philadelphia Airport a few years ago and when I got to the parking location, they told me that they don't honor way vouchers anymore. The location felt bad and gave me discount parking anyway. Way didn't own up to their f-up and I disputed the payment with my credit card.
Booked a parking spot through Way.com for June 15th to July 31st, only to find the lot permanently closed. Reached out to their team with proof, but got zero replies. Used them before without issues, but this experience was a letdown. Double-check before booking!
Good history, nice shuttles, reasonable rates with online coupons and/or pre-pay. But there are no really bad options - Parking spot is also good as is Wally Park - Smart Park is fine but their vans are smaller. Look for whoever is running a promo and is on your way into the airport.
