I'm old school and still prefer Lot C at LAX. I never have a problem finding a spot, the shuttles run very often, and it's cheap. Disadvantage is that your car is outside sitting underneath one of the runway approaches.
According to the official LAX website (http://www.lawa.org/parking/) Parking Structures 3 and 4 (the ones directly opposite from Bradley) have a maximum vehicle height restriction of 8 feet, 2 inches. The website goes on to say that "Trucks, trailers and campers should use Parking Lot C."
47 posts. Cheap & safe airport parking at LAX. 15 years ago. We're flying out of LAX for a 10-day trip (never flown out of LAX..normally we fly San Diego or ONT). We live about 1.5 hrs away so I don't feel right asking a friend to drop/pick up at airport. I'm looking for an inexpensive but safe place to leave our car.
Outside of the terminal area, the LAX West Intermodal Transportation Facility with 4,300 parking spaces opened in 2021 replacing the former Lot C. A new LAX/Metro Transit Center station and a LAX Consolidated Rent-A-Car Facility (ConRAC) are being built.

https://www.theparkingspot.com/locations/los-angeles/lax/the-parking-spot-sepulveda. It's okay price wise and it's a parking garage which I like. Valet parking is available as well. Reserve a spot online to save money and also if you're a AAA member, you can get a discount.
This route travels between LAX and the FlyAway terminal building and parking structure located next to the LAWA-owned Van Nuys Airport. The Van Nuys FlyAway route provides services 24 hours a day, with buses departing every half-hour throughout much of the day (except every 15 minutes during peak hours and every hour late in the night).
If you do want to walk, walk to the southwest edge of the parking lot, and exit on to 96th St., then west on 96th St. to Sepulveda Blvd., then south on Sepulveda Blvd. to Century Blvd., then west on Century Blvd. into the airport. Terminal 1 will be there in perhaps 1/4 mile after this. There are sidewalks for the entire journey.
Anyone have any recommendations for the best place to park at LAX? I will be gone about 7 days. My worst case scenario is Parking Lot C for $12 per day. I'd love to get indoor parking or parking in a smaller lot that is better monitored.
