SFO has a long-term parking lot on premises. It is connected to the terminals by AirTrain. There are additional off-site lots, all of which should have shuttles (but please verify due to ongoing COVID-related staffing shortages). Another option is to buy a long-term parking pass online, park at the Millbrae station, and take BART to/from SFO.
5 years ago. Any thoughts on the best long term parking option at SFO? SkyPark's rates keep creeping up (w/ AAA discount and free days, the quote is $15/day + tax). The last time I used them I had to wait longer than usual, both departing and arriving. The best rate I found is with Anza Parking, $13.99/day+tax.
I've tried a few and I use ParkSFO now. You can choose indoor or outdoor parking and valet or self-park. They have lots of shuttles and they run often. They've always got a coupon for one free day parking on their website, plus you get AAA discount on top of that--I can't remember if 5% or 10%.
I have used the airport's long term parking a couple of times and found it to be the easiest option. Book online for a discounted rate and also do a search for additional promo codes.
Their current rate from Santa Cruz to SFO is $160/way so with a 10% tip, a round trip is $352. yikes. For comparison, Anza parking (with coupon) is $14 a night, so three weeks of parking is $332. For their parking package, Rancho now gives 8 days parking and a $30 credit for ride share to the airport.

You can reserve parking for up to 20 weekdays (weekends are free) at the Millbrae or San Bruno BART station for $6 per day, then take BART one stop (five minutes) to the airport (if you opt for Millbrae, be sure you park in the BART lot, not the CalTrain one).
