I agree with the previous poster that parking is just one of the factors in taking a trip. You can park economy at the airport. You can park park'n'fly at the airport. You can search for a good deal (coupons, etc) for a valid off-site parking garage. My favorite was The Parking Spot on Camp Creek. My favorite is now FastPark and it's at the IT.
Before that I used Park N Fly. Most of the time, I park at the airport and use their shuttle parking - Park-Ride - because it's more convenient coming for me. Since you are coming in from the north, Parking Spot 1 would work well. I made reservations there for the first time in a long time for $6.50 a day uncovered parking.
