Be sure you review the info for the Long Term Parking, towards the bottom of the page, and not their daily parking. There are no reservations for Long Term Parking; the site says "there is always availability".

   PortAuthority JFK Long Term Parking lot #9 is the best choice; I parked there a few weeks back. Left my car there for a few days, plenty of parking, the air train was a two-minute walk from there, takes you to all the terminals. No parking attendant/shuttle bus hassle, escalators and elevators at the air-train station, all in all - no problems!
