I've tried a few and I use ParkSFO now. You can choose indoor or outdoor parking and valet or self-park. They have lots of shuttles and they run often. They've always got a coupon for one free day parking on their website, plus you get AAA discount on top of that--I can't remember if 5% or 10%.

5 years ago. Any thoughts on the best long term parking option at SFO? SkyPark's rates keep creeping up (w/ AAA discount and free days, the quote is $15/day + tax). The last time I used them I had to wait longer than usual, both departing and arriving. The best rate I found is with Anza Parking, $13.99/day+tax.
We use the parking lot next to Hilton SFO (Burlingame). The last time we parked for $5 a day. But that may have been a special. Check Google to see if you can find a parking discount voucher. 8. Re: SFO long term parking. Coming from Auburn if, by chance, you should have to stay overnight before your flight, Best Western El Rancho Inn and Suites in Millbrae will keep your car for you, free, for 14 days and only charge you $5/day after that. Free shuttle to and from the airport.
