I've tried a few and I use ParkSFO now. You can choose indoor or outdoor parking and valet or self-park. They have lots of shuttles and they run often. They've always got a coupon for one free day parking on their website, plus you get AAA discount on top of that--I can't remember if 5% or 10%.

Consider Marin Airporter. That is what we do - park at the Novato Terminal and the bus runs about every 30 minutes. Even with the bus fare (I think it's $26 per person each way), parking is dirt cheap compared to anywhere close to the airport.
