I have used Way.com to park near the San Francisco Airport since 2016. It was a real bargain and the transactions used to go very smoothly until my last trip on December 29, 2017. After I parked my car at one of the parterners' driveway, I called the phone number on my reservation, 650-300-5150, for pickup.

Booked parking (EZ Toronto Airport Park and Fly Parking, 3356 Elmbank Rd, Mississauga, ON, Canada) with Way.com - parking attendant refused to honor Way.com booking in full and requested to pay extra at the car checkout time. Parking attendant advised to contact Way.com to resolve issue and request refund.

I used them to book parking at a hotel near an airport, but they deceptively snuck in a membership that you have to read the fine print and uncheck a box otherwise they will start charging you a monthly fee.

When we arrived at hotel, they knew nothing about it, and said they had stopped doing parking business months earlier.

This is an absolute scam in Chicago. They are selling parking at hotels that they don't have access to. When you arrive the hotel lets you know it was a scam and when you contact them they try to move you to another hotel that again they don't have access to. You will have to dispute it on your credit card and BBB.
