5 years ago. Sorry to be a wet blanket, but you are not going to make this transfer if all flights are on time. It takes 20 minutes to get everyone off the plane (you will be last with a wheelchair) and then another 10 minutes at least to get to the International terminal if you don't have to go through any security.
