I used them to book parking at a hotel near an airport, but they deceptively snuck in a membership that you have to read the fine print and uncheck a box otherwise they will start charging you a monthly fee.
Agreed. I always plan extra time to get to the airport for traffic delays, parking issues and potential back ups at TSA screening even though I have trusted traveler status.
I had no other choice, because I needed to make my flight on time, but to park in the JFK parking lot which cost me over $400 MORE than what I was paying through Way.com. But then of course no one wants to take responsibility for the payment even though it wasn't my fault that I had to park there. The company is crap, DO NOT use them.

When we arrived at hotel, they knew nothing about it, and said they had stopped doing parking business months earlier.
I recently used the one in Boston for Logan, it was located at the Hampton Inn. The shuttle service was TERRIBLE, had to wait 40 minutes to leave for the airport… pick up after we landed took over an hour, no offer of help with bags. The parking was fine, but the shuttle service was the worst we have experienced in Boston.
We ended up paying premium parking rates at one of the Airport Long Term Parking facilities which we would have avoided had we booked with them originally. 8. In the past the parking i found through way.com were very efficient, cheap and satisfactory. Recently I was not very happy with the booking. I booked parking at Hilton, Newark, NJ through this website.
