We've used ParkSFO sometimes, but we usually just take an Uber/Lyft/Taxi or take BART rather than parking at or near the airport. Especially for a week of parking it's probably nearly as inexpensive if you're traveling from San Francisco.

Clarion Hotel offers plain old self-parking without a room stay for $9 a day, and Fox Autopark offers $7.45 a day which is, by far one of the best rates I've ever seen. Also, I noticed you're leaving at 4 a.m. Some airport hotels offer free parking with a night's stay, and shuttle you to the airport (of course).

For about 10 years, we have used one town are service for every visit (at least once per month, and up to several times in a week), and have always been impressed. I cannot imagine looking elsewhere, but that is just me.
SkyPark's rates keep creeping up (w/ AAA discount and free days, the quote is $15/day + tax). The last time I used them I had to wait longer than usual, both departing and arriving. The best rate I found is with Anza Parking, $13.99/day+tax. Last time, as I waited at SFO, I saw their shuttle twice before SkyPark came, but maybe that was a fluke.
