I have used Way.com to park near the San Francisco Airport since 2016. It was a real bargain and the transactions used to go very smoothly until my last trip on December 29, 2017. After I parked my car at one of the parterners' driveway, I called the phone number on my reservation, 650-300-5150, for pickup.

Because the garage parking is $24 per day and there are good, safe and clean options a short van ride away for less than $10. Some people do care about budget. And if you make a mistake and park in short term, it's $44 per day.
There was one time when I purchased parking through them at the Philadelphia Airport a few years ago and when I got to the parking location, they told me that they don't honor way vouchers anymore. The location felt bad and gave me discount parking anyway. Way didn't own up to their f-up and I disputed the payment with my credit card.
Please do not go for way.com. we had a harrowing experience with them. They mention 24 hrs security, surveillance etc. When we went to collect our car from the parking lot, they couldn't locate our car.

I used them to book parking at a hotel near an airport, but they deceptively snuck in a membership that you have to read the fine print and uncheck a box otherwise they will start charging you a monthly fee.
You used the parking, so your beef is with the owner of the parking (the one that places the add" not this horrible company). Now if you had not used the parking and found another closer parking you might have a shot of getting a refund out if them … but just a shot.
