Terrible company, complete scam. Made (and paid for) a reservation at Oakland Airport and when we returned from trip they hadn't paid the parking lot and we had pay to get out. When we called their customer service we were given a line of BS about COVID and that they were only providing (worthless) Waybucks credit.
I tried calling the way.com customer service number but after a prolonged wait, my calls were disconnected. I emailed their customer service but after 3 weeks have yet to receive a response. Apparently way.com just takes your money without providing any parking!
I could have for 10 dollars less been in an indoor garage. Your customer service representatives were rude and offered no resolution to this matted. Is this what you all do? Cause stress and trauma and last minute issue for travelers. Then swindle them out of money. Offer no customer service, resolution in the matter for customer complaint.

I used them to book parking at a hotel near an airport, but they deceptively snuck in a membership that you have to read the fine print and uncheck a box otherwise they will start charging you a monthly fee. They will not give a refund for that either.
I will never use way I again. The customer service is horrible. I was hung up on and a manager said he would email me with refund information and he never did. I was charged for days I didn’t use. So there can be no flexibility in your travel dates which is rare with flight delays, cancellations and covid. I’ve never had this issue with any ...
