My mother in law has a handicapped parking placard. She cannot do a lot of walking. My question is what is the best way to get her quickly to the Greek (I can't hire Jonah Hill).
All the meters take credit cards now. Street parking in LA is virtually always parallel parking and is difficult to find in busy areas. Also, many LA neighborhoods have permit parking programs to prevent patrons of nearby businesses from taking up all the spaces in residential areas.

I live 15 minutes from this area and I can attest to you that parking on the street there is restricted -- there are time limits for parking there -- and parking is extremely scarce. When I drive to the area, it can take 15 minutes to find a parking space on the street and then there is a long walk to where I'm going.
