I called the customer service number listed on their website (702-749-5660), was put through to someone right away, and she helped me apply the 10% ...

Viator are just a consolidator company (part of Trip Advisor) that sell other companies tours,,when I have looked at their offerings it seldom lets you know who you are actually booking with.Personally I would look for the tour companies themselves check their reviews and then book with them directly ,might find it is much the same price and possibly cheaper than with a Viator 15% discount.
