You can park at BWI Amtrak Station for $9 per day. There is a 2 or 3 story parking garage adjacent to the train station. Very convenient. If you have more questions, call the parking garage at 800-468-6294.
I've used the Microtel parking service before, pretty cheap (around $5-6 a day) and quick service to and from the hotel to the terminal and vice versa. Call the hotel front desk and ask for the booking website, you have to reserve and pay for parking through a third party website but the name of the site escapes me at the moment.

As of one week ago, all BWI-operated Long Term Lots are completely closed. So an off-airport lot is the only way to pay less than $12 per day (at the BWI-operated) Daily Lot.
