The Parking Spot on Sepulveda. Its pricey ($18/day for covered parking), but with a coupon on their website you can save 20% so long as your stay includes Saturday night. Its a relatively new, very nice structure and I've seen their shuttles come and go every 5 minutes, continually.
I just used them in Los Angeles and had a horrible experience. I made the reservation 2 weeks before my travel date and on the day of departure, as i pulled into the lot, i was promptly turned away. I was just told they were full and were not accepting anymore reservations.
